The project aims to promote practices and solutions that guarantee real equality between women and men in the workplace and to create tools and platforms to support social dialogue on these issues.
Its participants will pay particular attention to the role of new technologies in increasing women’s employability and careers in various sectors and improving (egalitarianism) their working conditions. Other vital strands of the project are the promotion of work systems to reconcile professional life and educational roles, and the enhancement of workers’ participation in dialogue and negotiations on the resolution of important issues for them.
